Crema EMLA è un anestetico locale che contiene due principi attivi: Lidocaina e Prilocaina. Sebbene sia stata originariamente concepita per intorpidire la pelle prima di procedure mediche, viene spesso prescritta per trattare l'Eiaculazione Precoce (EP) riducendo la sensibilità del pene.

Quando applicata sulla punta del pene poco prima dell'attività sessuale, blocca temporaneamente i segnali nervosi.Ciò riduce l'ipersensibilità, aiutando a ritardare il riflesso dell'eiaculazione e permettendo un rapporto sessuale più duraturo.
